Concord Community Music School is dedicated to ensuring that everyone – regardless of resources – can learn music, participate in recitals and performances, and share in the joy of music. To do that, we need your help. More than 15% of our budget – nearly $200,000 per year – is dedicated to scholarships and financial aid, both for students studying at the School itself and also to enable families and students from community partner organizations to participate. The average scholarship given is about $1,000, but gifts at all levels will help us ensure that we are here for everyone in the community!
We encourage you to consider either an annual gift (you can designate scholarships on your check or when you make a credit card gift, IRA distribution, or stock gift) to help provide scholarship assistance or consider establishing an endowed fund. Endowments are invested and only a portion of the earnings used each year, so that it will be available forever. For more information about setting up an endowed fund, please contact Maryann Lindberg, Interim Executive Director, at (603) 228-1196 or mlindberg@ccmusicschool.org.
