Summer Programs

Music & Movement

For ages 5 months – 7 years
Tuesday mornings, June 10 – July 8
The Music School’s popular weekday Music & Movement classes are for our youngest musical learners, 4 months through 7 years, and their parents, grandparents or caregivers. A wide range of classes – from Bouncing Babies to Singers, Stompers, and Drummers, and even yoga – engage children from head to toe, and keep everyone moving, singing, and laughing. Not only are the “M+M” teaching methods proven to be the most effective way of giving young children a great start on a lifetime of music-making and creative expression, these sessions are a fun way for grownups to bond with their young ones and for families to learn new ways to create a musical life at home.

Music Movement
Movement Therapy in the Sensory Room

Read about emotions, be held by a swing, say hello to our bubble fish, play with a sensory bin, practice balance on our stepping stones and move and play how your needs move you today! Each session of movement and play will include other children in the same age range to enhance social-emotional learning in a safe and warm space.

Stay tuned for our summer sensory room schedule!
