Now is the time to join the Music School’s New Horizons Band! Director: Maria Isaak

We hope you will join us for the new New Horizons Band at CCMS! Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings. 

Do you want to join the band this spring? The first fall rehearsal on September 25 is a FREE “open play” to try the concert band from 6:30-8:15 pm before registering. 

The New Horizons Band will perform in three concerts this year. For the fall semester, they will perform at Concord High School Auditorium in December. In the spring, the band will perform in a festival of all four New Hampshire New Horizons Bands in Portsmouth, and an outdoor concert in May at Fletcher Murphy Park in Concord. New Horizons Concert Band
Thursdays, 6:30 – 8:15 p.m.
A community band that welcomes adults of all ages who play woodwind, brass, or percussion instruments. No auditions, no requirements, just reasonable comfort on your instrument to get started.
 
Under the direction of Maria Isaak, New Horizons at CCMS is a supportive group for those who have always wanted to learn an instrument, those who haven’t played in years, and even players who have kept their music making current and desire to play in a concert band setting.
