This year marks the second annual joint concert with Canterbury Singers and Northern Lights Women’s Vocal Ensemble. Each group will present a short set of songs and then join forces to sing some uplifting Gospel music. Songweaver Drummers is open to intermediate and experienced women drummers with at least one year’s experience, where they can learn African hand-drumming techniques taught in the oral tradition. This recital is free and open to the public. It will be held in our Community Room.
