Annelise Papinsick (or just Annie) is a pianist who has been connected to CCMS for most of her life. She grew up studying piano under the guidance of Kathryn Southworth and fiddle under the guidance of Liz Faiella, as well as classical violin with former CCMS instructors Rodger Ellsworth and Bozena O’Brien, and attending every class or event she can within the folk department. She majored in music performance at UNH, during the course of which she studied classical piano and piano pedagogy, but has since spent considerable time and effort developing her folk/trad piano style!
When not playing or teaching, Annelise can be found doodling, taking long walks, trying new foods, or hugging the family dogs.
