Enjoy moving to music especially selected to help with balance, flexibility, regulation of walking gait, and daily joy! No dance or musical experience is necessary; walkers, canes, and wheelchairs are welcome, as are family members, friends, and caregivers. We will warm up our joints and our bodies with fun music and colorful scarves that enhance the flow of the movement and use fine motor and gross motor skills. Make new friends as you greet each other around the circle and laugh as you recall favorite songs.
Participants must be vaccinated for Covid-19 in order to participate in this in-person class. Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status.
Please visit our Covid Response Update page for a full list of protocols.
