Pay Tuition/Pre-Registration Deposit for Individual Lessons or Ensembles

For students who are already registered in private lessons or classes requiring teacher approval, please complete the following form to make an online tuition payment or pre-registration deposit to the Music School.

If you are paying for Tuition, please enter the dollar amount as seen on your invoice or owed for the class/program into the AMOUNT field.

If you are paying a Pre-Registration deposit, please enter the dollar amount 125 into the AMOUNT field (without the $).

I understand the following policy statements: Registration is for the full semester program, and I am obligated to pay in full for that semester; early withdrawal is not grounds for incomplete payment. Student absences will not be made up. I have reviewed a Music School catalog and agree to abide by the policies printed therein. I acknowledge that the Music School reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue tuition and will take appropriate action for the collection of unpaid tuition. Unless a written request to the contrary is received at the time of registration, students/parents give permission for CCMS to photograph or audio/videotape lessons, classes and other activities without advance notice and to publish royalty-free in its print, audio and electronic promotions, including the website.
