Anniversary Weekend 2009

March 21st - Performathon & Community Open House
Students performed throughout the day, raising money for the Financial Aid fund. Other activities included tours, instrument petting zoo, participatory activities and a birthday cake sponsored by Merrimack County Savings Bank.

Trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis September 24, 2008
Trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis stopped by the music school for a couple of hours Wednesday, September 24, 2008. He took a tour of the school and sat in on the Scholarship Jazz Ensemble rehearsal. He impressed upon the students the importance of listening to the history of jazz and learning from the recordings. He offered some advice about the ensembles sound and played a couple of tunes with the group.
